By accessing and using Absolute Cinema, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Absolute Cinema grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the service for creating videos. All content you create belongs to you and can be used commercially.

3. Credits and Payment

• Credits are purchased in one-time bundles with no recurring subscriptions

• Credits never expire

• No refunds for used credits

• Full refunds available only if you purchased by mistake and haven't used any credits

• Partial refunds are not available

4. Acceptable Use

Permitted: Educational content, psychological content, what-if scenarios, product ads, faceless content for social media.

Strictly Forbidden: Adult content, illegal content, content that violates third-party rights.

5. AI Models

We use various AI models including Veo 3.1, Nano Banana, FAL, and Kling. The availability of specific models may change without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You own all rights to the videos you create with Absolute Cinema. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Absolute Cinema shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
